We are built for connection. Our bodies and minds are shaped for relationship - to sense one another, to give and receive care, to feel safe together and to recognize when safety is missing. Yet through family and cultural conditioning and lived experiences, many of us lose touch with that basic design. We learn to adapt and protect ourselves, often in ways that make closeness harder.

Somatic work helps us return to what is natural: to sense what is happening in real time and find new ways of responding within familiar patterns. This work supports a sense of wholeness and a steadier connection with others.

I help individuals and couples understand how their bodies and nervous systems shape their relationships. I accompany people as they make room for greater ease, trust, and genuine connection.
